Each company within the group reflects the extraordinary range of his interests. They include a record label, entertainment production, publishing, artist management, marketing, retail, and a corporate consultation company.

Steve Hoffer established The Hoffer Group in 2000 with co-founder Ginny Smith.  Together, they have collaborated on a wide variety of entertainment productions including feature film, television, home video, video games, and music industry.
